You can make all the decision online and in your own time, while adding things like carpets, flooring, additional tiles, extra sockets or media points means we can fit them before you even get the keys.
Eco-friendly options
Recognising that our homeowners are increasingly eco-conscious and want to reduce their impact on the planet, we’ve extended our range of optional eco extras.
For example, opting to add PV panels will not only reduce your energy usage immediately, it will also mean our installers can build the PV panels into the roof, rather than them sitting on top of tiles, which is often the case when retro-fitting.
We recently announced that all of our upcoming developments will have air source heat pumps. Not only that, all of our detached homes on these developments will come with underfloor heating as standard on the ground floor.
