On Saturday 25th February, the division marked the occasion, with drinks and refreshments for all visitors, who came and explored the homes at Manor Place.
Prospective homeowners are now able to reserve available homes, ranging from three- to four-bedrooms, and all from Redrow’s award winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts & Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s. Heritage Collection homes benefit from traditional exteriors such as gable ended roofs, porches and red and yellow brick exteriors. Inside, all homes are open-plan and contemporary, with high ceilings and integrated appliances.
In line with our commitment to building responsible homes in thriving communities, all homes at Manor Place will benefit from the latest technology to ensure they are fit for today and tomorrow. This comes at a significant moment as recent research from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) also revealed, new build houses will save owners an average of over £3,000 in annual energy costs*.
Therefore, with consumers increasingly prioritising energy efficiency, each home at Manor Place will have an electric vehicle charging point as well as featuring underfloor heating as standard, heated via Air Source Heat Pumps. Through its sector leading MyRedrow platform, Redrow will also be offering buyers the option to install solar panels on selected plots.
In addition to the delivery of new homes to the region, we will be working with the local council to improve various community amenities, specifically by investing in local infrastructure and transport.
Set in the charming village of Angmering, Manor Place is suited to buyers at all stages of life. Nestled on the southern edge of the South Downs National Park AONB, residents will benefit from plenty of idyllic countryside and green open space, including Ferring Beach and WWT Arundel Nature Reserve which is perfect for wetland nature walks and bird-spotting. A variety of shopping, eating out and entertainment options are a stone’s throw away from the community.
Manor Place has excellent travel and transport links for commuting and leisure alike. Angmering train station is less than a 5-minute drive from the community and offers services to Chichester (21 minutes), Brighton (38 minutes), Southampton (65 minutes) and London Victoria (95 minutes).
There is also a selection of schools nearby for children of all ages, all rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.
Stuart Galloway, Head of Sales at Redrow Southern comments: “In what is a milestone moment for the Southern Division, we are really excited to be launching Manor Place in West Sussex, bringing our award-winning homes to Angmering.
