Christmas Festivities 2024 Competition - Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
- The promoter of the competition is Redrow Homes Limited, whose registered office is Redrow House, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3RX (“the Promoter”).
2. Introduction
- The title of the competition is called “Christmas Festivities” (“the Competition”).
- The Competition is to discover how Redrow Customers and Followers’ get into the festive mood by sharing images or videos their home Christmas decor.
- The purpose of these terms & conditions is to set out the principles, criteria and processes of how to enter the Competition.
- The Competition will run from the 18th November 2024 until 23.59 on the 20th December 2024 inclusive ("Closing Date").
- Entrants will have the opportunity to win weekly during the Competition Month (“Weekly Competition”)
- By entering the Competition, you, the Entrant, is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition
- All entries must be submitted via the relevant Social Media Platform (“the Promoter’s Media Platforms”):
- Facebook account (@Redrow); or
- Instagram account (@Redrowhomes); or
- X account (@Redrow);
- The Competition is a free Competition where no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry into the Competition.
- By entering into the Competition, the Entrant provides full rights and consent for the Promotor and/or its agents to announce, use, share and publish their Entry together with their name across all and any of the Promoter’s social media Platforms and website and mobile application, without limitation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
4. How to Enter
- The Promoter will post the Competition and the details on how to enter on the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
- The Entrant must respond directly to the Promoter’s Competition posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms as depicted in clause 8 complying with the Entry Criteria below (“the Competition Post”).
- To be an eligible entry, the Entrant must show how they are getting their homes festive for Christmas. The Entrant should do this by creating a photographic image or a video of their festive home décor and posting the image or video as an entry into the Competition on one of the Promoter’s Media Channels (“the Entry”).
- Redrow will judge its most favourite Competition Entry.
- To enter the Competition, the Entrant must respond with its Competition Entry directly on the Competition Post posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms by either:
- responding to the Promoter’s Facebook Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Facebook Competition Post tagging the Promoter within the Entry together with the hashtag #RedrowCompetition and sharing the entry on the Entrants’ own personal Media; or
- responding to the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post by directly replying to Competition Post on the Entrants’ own personal Media Platforms, tagging the Promoter within post and include the hashtag #RedrowCompetition and confirming in the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post comments that you have entered the competition ; or
- responding to the Promoter’s X Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the X Competition Post tagging the Promoter within the Entry together with the hashtag #RedrowCompetition and sharing the entry on the Entrants’ own personal Media; or
- responding to the Promoter’s TikTok Competition Post by directly replying to Competition Post on the Entrants’ own personal Media Platforms, tagging the Promoter within post and include the hashtag #RedrowCompetition and confirming in the Promoter’s TikTok Competition Post comments that you have entered the competition.
- All Competition Entries should be shared on the Entrants’ own personal Media Platforms, tagging the Promoter within post and include the hashtag #RedrowCompetition.
5. The Prize
- The prize is different (“The Prize”) each week. Redrow reed diffuser (week 1), Redrow Christmas goodie bag (week 2), ‘Classic Christmas Hamper (week 3), ‘Cartwright & Butler Festive Hamper (week 4) and a ‘Winterluxe Hamper’ (week 5).
- There will be 5 winners in total during the Competition Month, one winner selected each week from the Eligible Entries posted across all the Promoter’s Media Channels.
- The Winners will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
- In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
- The allocation (if any) of the Prize to the selected Winners shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other prize alternative will be offered.
6. Entries
- An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if the Entrant complies with all these Terms and Conditions.
- Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
- There is a no limitation for the number of Eligible Entries for Entrants.
- At its own discretion, the Promoter will determine the eligibility of the Entry.
- All entries received after the relevant Closing Date will not be eligible and will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.
- The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to delete and/or remove association with and/or disqualify any Image/Video Entry and/or the comments that is deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit, defamatory or offensive or unsuitable in any way.
- The Promoter will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
- The Entrant accepts that the Promoter’s decision is final regarding the eligibility of the Entrant and the Competition Entry.
7. Eligibility Criteria
- The Competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, with the exception of:
- Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
- Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
- In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the comment is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Competition Entry.
- In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the image/video is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Competition Entry
- The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the Entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants/Entrants and disqualify any participants/Entrants that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules and /or these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
8. Winning Entry
- Each Competition Entry will be judged and chosen by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Judging Panel’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of comments, image, videography and reasoning provided and shared for the Competition.
- The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
9. Claiming the Prize
- The Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
- The Winners will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) and the Promoter may disclose the Winners’ social media name. linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure.
- The successful Winners will have 48 hours from the Announcement to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winners. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the date of the Announcement, the Promoter will assume that the Prize has been rejected by the Winners and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries.
- If a Winners rejects or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Entrant is unable to take up the Prize.
- The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged or claimed by a third party on a Winner’s behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Housebuilder will not be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, if the Competition is terminated, cancelled and/or postponed to another date.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, whether special, indirect, direct or consequential, or personal injury or death occurring as a result of winning the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Prize is accepted at the Winner’s risk. The Entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.
- If the Prize is in the form of a voucher, the voucher will be valid to be used as stated on the voucher and will be subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the voucher company, including but not limited to, a monetary limit or restrictions or valid time period to use the voucher.
- If the Prize is in the form of a voucher, the Winners shall be required to contact the voucher provider directly to confirm any restrictions imposed for the prize and any queries as to any terms and conditions of the voucher or any technical difficulties, they are experiencing in using the voucher.
- If the Prize is in the form of a hamper, the Winners shall be required to contact the hamper provider directly to confirm any information relating to allergens, best before or use by dates or any other queries or information about the contents of the hampers generally.
- The Promoter makes no guarantees or representations about the Prize or their quality, nor shall it be liable for replacement goods in the event of a product fault, defective or damaged items. If required, it is the Winners’ responsibility to register the Prize or items purchased with the Prize and/ or items contained within the Prize for warranty purposes.
- The Promoter accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry or any unsuccessful entries or disappointment. Further, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or any other reason regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure or interruption of any kind.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
11. Intellectual Property
- The Entry must be the Entrant’s own original wording, imagery and videography to qualify as an Entry.
- By entering an Entry for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including, but not limited to, sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on the Promoter’s Media Channels even if the Entry was not a Winner of the Competition.
- Entrants providing photographic imagery and videography in relation to the Competition Entry or promotion/PR activities warrant and represent that they own all rights in such photographic imagery and videography and have obtained the necessary consents of all persons within the imagery, including, without limitation, parental consent to the use of any image of a person under 13 years of age.
- The Entrant providing photographic imagery and videography and/or wording grants the Promoter the rights to use such material if so required. Entries will be handled by the Promoter on the basis that the Entrant have obtained such consent prior to entering the Competition.
12. Data Protection
- Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Winners or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
- You consent you Redrow providing your name and address to a third party (if required) to arrange fulfilment of prizes allocation.
- The Winners’ personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and its obligations, for example to a supplier who facilitates the delivery of the Prize, for example Simply Thank You and/or an agency who is acting on the Promoter’s behalf and/or who may have management of the Promoter’s social media.

13. General
- At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect.
- For all Entrants and mentioned person(s) within the Competition Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to carry out internal systems checks, web-searches and checks of their social media profile(s) to ascertain whether there has been any negative communication from either or both of them, to or about the Promoter in the past. If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Entrant accept that the Promoter’s Decision will be final and that there will be no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination of or amendment to the Competition and/or these terms and conditions will be notified via the Promoter’s Media Channels.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, or the Prize provider.
- The Competition will be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
- If any of these terms and conditions are held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

- The Competition will run from the 4TH October 2024 until 23.59 on the 1st November 2024 inclusive ("Closing Date").
- By entering the Competition, you, the Entrant, is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition
- All entries must be submitted via the relevant Social Media Platform (“the Promoter’s Media Platforms”):

The Entrant should do this by creating a photographic image or video of their Halloween home décor or their street and posting the image or video as an entry into the Competition on one of the Promoter’s Media Channels (“the Entry”).
- Redrow will judge its most favourite Competition Entry.

13. General
- At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect.
- For all Entrants and mentioned person(s) within the Competition Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to carry out internal systems checks, web-searches and checks of their social media profile(s) to ascertain whether there has been any negative communication from either or both of them, to or about the Promoter in the past. If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Entrant accept that the Promoter’s Decision will be final and that there will be no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter.

Home Office Competition - Terms & Conditions
The Promoter
1. The promoter is Redrow Homes Limited, whose registered office is Redrow House, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3RX (“the Promoter”).
Introduction
2. The title of the competition is called “Redrow’s Office Space Competition” (“the Competition”).
3. The Competition is to discover Redrow Customers and Followers’ essentials for their office space.
4. The purpose of these terms & conditions is to set out the principles, criteria and processes of how to enter the Competition.
5. The Competition will run from the 2nd September 2024 until 23.59 on the 23rd September 2024 inclusive ("Closing Date").
6. By entering the Competition, you, the Entrant, is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Competition
7.All entries must be submitted via the relevant Social Media Platform (“the Promoter’s Media Platforms”):
• Facebook account (@Redrow); or
• Instagram account (@Redrowhomes); or
• X account (@Redrow).
8. The Competition is a free Competition where no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry into the Competition.
9. By entering into the Competition, the Entrant provides full rights and consent for the Promotor and/or its agents to announce, use, share and publish their Entry together with their name across all and any of the Promoter’s social media Platforms and website and mobile application, without limitation.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
11. The Promoter will post the Competition and the details on how to enter on the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
12. The Entrant must respond directly to the Promoter’s Competition posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms as depicted in clause 7 complying with the Entry Criteria below (“the Competition Post”).
13. The Entrant has two chances to enter the Competition (one compulsory entry and one additional bonus optional entry).
14. The competition is about home working space which may be an study, an office or a place where the Entrant works from or studies (‘Office Space’).
15. To be in with a chance of winning, the Entrant must provide a compulsory entry and confirm what item is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to have in their Office space and why (“Competition Compulsory Entry”).
16. To be in with a bonus chance of a winning, the Entrant may tag a photographic image of their Office Space (“Competition Bonus Entry”).
17. For an Entry to be eligible the Entrant must adopt the same method and criteria for both the Competition Compulsory Entry and the Competition Bonus Entry (“Competition Entry”).
18. Redrow will judge its most favourite Competition Entry.
19. To enter the Competition, the Entrant must respond with its Competition Entry directly on the Competition Post posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms by either:
• responding to the Promoter’s Facebook Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Facebook Competition Post; or
• responding to the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Instagram Competition Post; or
• responding to the Promoter’s X Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment on the Entrant’s own personal social media Platform or uploading the X Competition Entry within the comment section on the Competition Post.
• All Competition Entries must tag the Promoter within the entry and include the hashtag #RedrowCompetition.
The Prize
15. The prize is a [voucher/prize ] (“The Prize”) for the winner.
16. There will be one prize in total selected from the Eligible Entries emailed or posted across all eligible Competition Entries provided via email or across all of the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
17. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
18. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
19. The allocation of the Prize to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
20. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other prize alternative will be offered.
Entries
21. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if the Entrant complies with all these Terms and Conditions.
22. Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
23. There is a limit of one Competition Compulsory Entry and one Competition Bonus Entry per person.
24. Social media posts and/or multiple social media posts, images or posts from the same person and/or social media accounts will not result in additional or multiple entries.
25. At its own discretion, the Promoter will determine the eligibility of the Entry.
26. All entries received after the relevant Closing Date will not be eligible and will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.
27. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to delete and/or remove association with and/or disqualify any Image/Video Entry and/or the comments that is deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit, defamatory or offensive or unsuitable in any way.
28. The Promoter will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
29. The Entrant accepts that the Promoter’s decision is final regarding the eligibility of the Entrant and the Competition Entry.
Eligibility Criteria
30. The Competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, with the exception of:
• Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
• Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
31. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
32. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the comment is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Competition Entry.
33. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the image/video is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Competition Entry
34. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the Entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants/Entrants and disqualify any participants/Entrants that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules and /or these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
Winning Entry
36. Each Competition Entry will be Judged by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Judging Panel’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of comments and reasoning provided and shared for the Competition.
37. The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
Claiming the Prize
38. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
39. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) disclosing the Winner(s) social media name and linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure.
40. The successful Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
41. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the date of the Announcement, the Promoter will assume that the Prize has been rejected by the Winner and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries.
42. If a Winner rejects or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
43. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Entrant is unable to take up the Prize.
44. The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged or claimed by a third party on a Winner’s behalf.
Limitation of Liability
45. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, whether special, indirect, direct or consequential, or personal injury or death occurring as a result of winning the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Prize is accepted at the Winner’s risk. The Entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.
46. The voucher will be valid to be used as stated on the voucher and will be subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the voucher company, including but not limited to, a monetary limit or restrictions or valid time period to use the voucher.
47. The Winner shall be required to contact the voucher provider directly to confirm any restrictions imposed for the prize and any queries as to any terms and conditions of the voucher or any technical difficulties, they are experiencing in using the voucher.
48. The Promoter makes no guarantees or representations about the Prize or their quality, nor shall it be liable for replacement goods in the event of a product fault, defective or damaged items. If required, it is the Winner’s responsibility to register the Prize or items purchased with the Prize for warranty purposes.
49. The Promoter accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry or any unsuccessful entries or disappointment. Further, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or any other reason regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure or interruption of any kind.
50. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
Intellectual Property
51. The Entry must be the Entrant’s own original wording and imagery to qualify as an Entry.
52. By entering an Entry for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on the Promoter’s Media Channels even if the Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
53. Entrants providing photographic imagery and videography in relation to the Competition Entry or promotion/PR activities warrant and represent that they own all rights in such photographic imagery and videography and have obtained the necessary consents of all persons within the imagery, including, without limitation, parental consent to the use of any image of a person under 13 years of age.
54. The Entrant providing photographic imagery and videography and/or wording grants the Promoter the rights to use such material if so required. Entries will be handled by the Promoter on the basis that the Entrant have obtained such consent prior to entering the Competition.

2.1. The title of the competition is Redrow’s “Junior Head of Play” Competition (“the Competition”).
2.2. By entering the Competition, the Entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
2.4. The Competition will open from midnight on Tuesday 20th August to Monday 16th September 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
How to Enter
3.1. The Competition is a free competition with no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry into the Competition.
3.2. The entrant must design and submit their own play area design as explained within the Competition poster.
3.3. The entry must be submitted via email to redrowteam@redconsultancy.com.
Entries
4.1. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if they follow the instructions outlined in clause 3 under the heading “How to Enter” (“Entry”) and comply with the eligibility criteria outlined below.
4.2. Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
4.3. The winner of the Competition may have the opportunity for their design (or part thereof) incorporated into the Promoter’s play areas in the future.
4.4. The winning entry is not guaranteed to become an official design in the Promoter’s product range.
4.5. Entries submitted must be the work of the entrant and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other competition.
4.6. All entries received after the relevant Closing Date will not be eligible and will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.

Eligibility Criteria
5.1. Entrants must be aged between seven and fourteen at the time of the date of Closing Date i.e. Friday 30th June 2023.
5.2. Entrants must use a Redrow development address and must live at the address or have a relationship with the homeowner. If the Promoter deems the relationship to the homeowner to be too tendinous or remote, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Entrant from the Competition. The decision of the Promoter is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
5.3. The Competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged between seven and fourteen, with the exception of:
5.1.1. Employees and families of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
5.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies and their families, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration.
5.4. There is a maximum of one entry per child. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same child, only the first entry will be accepted.
5.5. In entering the Competition, the Entrant and or parent/legal guardian is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
5.6. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the Entry and or comment is their own for which they have obtained all required consents and permissions. The Entrants permits the Promoter to use, share and publish such without limitation.
5.7. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify an Entry and/or an Entrant, as required including but not limited to, eligibility, proof of identity and/or age and/or address and/or proof of relationship with homeowner and/or proof that the Entry was that of the Entrant’s own ability, work and design.
5.8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entry and/or an Entrant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules, including, but not limited to, a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the Competition; or has won using suspected fraudulent means; or if the Entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition; if the Entrant has falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
5.9. The Entrant accepts that the Promoter’s decision is final regarding the eligibility criteria of the Entrant and/or an Entry including the relevance of the Entrants’ address and relationship with the homeowner of the provided address.
The Prize
6.1. The winning entrant will be the winner (“the Winner”).
6.2. The Winner will receive £250 in vouchers (“The Prize”).
6.3. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the Winner following notification.
6.4. The word “salary” is used in promotional material is only used as an advertising and playful interpretation representing a similarity to working life for a child who the Competition is aimed at and the word is used to generate excitement and uniqueness. The Promoter is not offering or proposing a “salary” is to be paid to the Winner. The Prize is a one-off payment only.
6.5. There will only be only one winner will be chosen from all valid entries received.
6.6. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s judging panel (“Judging Panel”).
6.7. The Winner of the Competition will be chosen by the Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Promoter’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries.

Intellectual Property
11.1. The play design will remain the property of the entrants, but any design incorporated into the Promoter’s product range will be the property of the Promoter.
11.2. The Entry must be the Entrant’s own original work to qualify as an Entry.
11.3. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Competition. However, entrants grant the Promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this Competition.
11.4. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
11.5. By entering an Entry for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on its social media platforms even the Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
11.6. Upon entering the Entrant and/or the Entrant’s parents/legal guardian agrees and consent to participating in the Promoter creating photographic imagery and videography in relation to the winning Entry and the Winner. By entering, the Entrant and/or the Entrant’s parents/legal guardian agrees and provides consent to the Promoter filming the Entrant in and around their home and the Promoter’s development for a full day in connection with the competition if so required. Entries will be handled by the Promoter on the basis that Entrant have obtained such consent prior to entering the Competition.
11.8. Upon entering the Entrant and/or the Entrant’s parents/legal guardian agrees to the Promoter creating photographic imagery and videography in relation to the winning Entry and the Winner. The imagery and videography will be shared with the Promoter’s social media channels. By entering, the Entrant and/or the Entrant’s parents/legal guardian agrees and provides consent to the Promoter sharing such photographic imagery and videography in connection with the competition if so required. Entries will be handled by the Promoter on the basis that Entrant have obtained such consent prior to entering the Competition.
Data Protection
12.1. Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Entrants or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. The Entrants” personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and to any agency running the Promoter’s social media, without the Entrant’s prior consent.

12.3. Personal data relating to entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to ensure the Promoter operates Competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.
12.4. Personal information may be shared with other companies in the Group as well as agents or contractors administering the Competition, but the Promoter will not pass personal information to any other external organisation without your prior permission. The Promoter

2. The title of the competition is called “Playmaking Competition” (“the Competition”).
3. The Competition is to discover Redrow Customers and Followers’ favourite childhood games.
4. The purpose of these terms & conditions is to set out the principles, criteria and processes of how to enter the Competition.
5. The Competition will run from the 7th August 2024 until 23.59 on the 28th August 2024 inclusive ("Closing Date").

The Competition
7. All entries must be submitted via the relevant Social Media Platform (“the Promoter’s Media Platforms”):

8. The Competition is a free Competition where no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry into the Competition.
9. By entering into the Competition, the Entrant provides full rights and consent for the Promotor and/or its agents to announce, use, share and publish their Entry together with their name across all and any of the Promoter’s social media Platforms and website and mobile application, without limitation.

How to Enter
11. The Promoter will post the Competition and the details on how to enter on the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
12. The Entrant must respond directly to the Promoter’s Competition posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms as depicted in clause 7 complying with the Entry Criteria below (“the Competition Post”).
13. To be in with a chance of winning, the Entrant must provide a compulsory entry and provide a comment to confirm what their favourite outdoor game they played as a child and why (“Competition Entry”).

16. Redrow will judge its most favourite Competition Entry.
17. To enter the Competition, the Entrant must respond with its Competition Entry directly on the Competition Post posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms by either:
• responding to the Promoter’s Facebook Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Facebook Competition Post; or
• responding to the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Instagram Competition Post; or; or
• responding to the Promoter’s X Competition Post by uploading the Competition Entry as a comment on the Entrant’s own personal social media Platform or uploading the X Competition Entry within the comment section on the Competition Post.

The Prize
15. The prize is a voucher for a £250 Go Ape voucher (“The Prize”) for the winner.
16. There will be one prize in total selected from the Eligible Entries emailed or posted across all eligible Competition Entries provided via email or across all of the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
17. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
18. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
19. The allocation of the Prize to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Entries

• Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
31. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
32. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the comment is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Competition Entry.
33. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the Entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants/Entrants and disqualify any participants/Entrants that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules and /or these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
Winning Entry
35. Each comment will be Judged by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Judging Panel’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of comments and reasoning provided and shared for the Competition.
36. The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
Claiming the Prize
37. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
38. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) disclosing the Winner(s) social media name and linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure.
39. The successful Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
40. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the date of the Announcement, the Promoter will assume that the Prize has been rejected by the Winner and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries.
41. If a Winner rejects or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.

However, by entering into the Competition, the Entrant grants full rights and consent to Redrow, with an non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable licence for now and in the future to freely use, share, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on Redrow’s Media Channels even if the Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
3. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
4. 1. Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Winners or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
2. You consent you Redrow providing your name and address to a third party (if required) to arrange fulfilment of prizes allocation.

The Winners’ personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and its obligations, for example to a supplier who facilitates the delivery of the Prize, for example an agency who is acting on the Promoter’s behalf and/or who may have management of the Promoter’s social media.
4. Any personal information collected will be used for administrative or operational reasons connected with the Competition and interaction with Redrow, who is the Data Controller. Personal information will be processed by Redrow in performing the contract you have entered into by taking part in the Competition. Personal information may be shared with a third party in order that they may administer the Competition or press or marketing Competitions, arrange prizes and discuss any specific requirements.

Home Hacks Competition - Terms & Conditions
The Promoter
1. The promoter of the Competition is Redrow Homes Limited, whose registered office is Redrow House, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3RX (“the Promoter”).
The Competition
2. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to set out the principles, criteria and processes of how to enter the Competition.
3. The Competition is called Redrow Home Hacks (“the Competition”) and to aim is to create and enter the best house design.
4. The Competition will run from the 5th April 2024 until 23.59 on the 26th April 2024 (“Closing Date").
5. By entering the Competition, the Entrant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in the competition.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry into the Competition or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
7. All entries must be submitted via the relevant Social Media Platform (“the Promoter’s Media Platforms”):
• Facebook account (@Redrow); or
• Instagram account (@Redrowhomes); or
• Twitter account (@Redrow).
8. The Competition is a free Competition where no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry into the Competition.
9. The Promoter will post the Competition and the details on how to enter on the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
10. The Entrant must respond directly to the Promoter’s Competition posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms as depicted in clause 7 complying with the entry Criteria below (“the Competition Post”).
11. The Entrant has two chances to enter the Competition (one compulsory entry and one additional bonus optional entry).
12. To be in with a chance of winning, the Entrant must provide a compulsory entry and provide a Home Hack along with #RedrowCompetition. The Entrant should do this by explaining the Home Hack and why they believe to be effective (“Competition Compulsory Entry”).
13. To be in with a bonus chance of a winning, the Entrant may provide a photographic image or a video of the Home Hack showing how effective the hack is (“Competition Bonus Entry”), tagging @Redrow along with #RedrowCompetition
14. For an Entry to be eligible the Entrant must adopt the same method and criteria for both the Competition Compulsory Entry and the Competition Bonus Entry (“the Entry”).
15. To enter the Competition, the Entrant must respond with its Entry directly on the Competition Post posted on the Promoter’s Media Platforms by either:
• responding to the Promoter’s Facebook Competition Post by uploading the Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Facebook Competition Post; or
• responding to the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post by uploading the Entry as a comment within the comment section on the Instagram Competition Post; or; or
• responding to the Promoter’s Twitter Competition Post by uploading the Entry as a comment on the Entrant’s own personal social media Platform or uploading the Twitter Entry within the comment section on the Competition Post.
16. All Competition Entries must tag the Promoter within the Entry and include the hashtag #RedrowCompetition.
The Prize
17. The prize is a 30-minute phone or video consultant with Professional Organiser Vicky Silverthorn (“The Prize”) for the winner.
18. There will be one prize in total selected from the Eligible Competition Entries provided across all of the Promoter’s Media Platforms from both Competition Compulsory Entries and the Competition Bonus Entries.
19. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
20. The allocation of the Prize to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
21. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other prize alternative will be offered.

Entries
23. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if the Entrant complies with these Terms and Conditions.

25. There is a limit of one Competition Compulsory Entry and one Competition Bonus Entry per person.
26. Social media posts and/or multiple social media posts, images or posts from the same person and/or social media accounts will not result in additional or multiple entries.

Eligibility Criteria
31. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
32. The Competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, with the exception of:

• Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
• Members of the immediate families or households of points above.
33. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the contents of the Competition Post is their own for which they have obtained all required and necessary consents and permissions including from those (if any) who are featured in the Entry.

35. Winning Entry
36. All correct eligible entries will be collected and incorrect or non-eligible entries will be discarded.
37. All correct eligible entries will be judged by the (acting reasonably) and at the Judging Panel’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of Entry and reasoning provided and shared for the Competition.
38. The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
Claiming the Prize
39. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) disclosing the Winner’s social media name and linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure. The Promoter will also confirm the winning answer.
40. By entering into the Competition, the Entrant provides full rights and consent for the Promotor and/or its agents to announce, use, share and publish their Entry together with their name across all and any of the Promoter’s social media Platforms and website and mobile application, without limitation.
41. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
42. The successful Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
43. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winner. Intellectual Property

53. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of their Entry. How to Enter

The Prize
15. The prize is a voucher for a meal for two (“The Prize”) for the winner.
16. There will be one prize in total selected from the Eligible Entries emailed or posted across all eligible Competition Entries provided via email or across all of the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
17. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
18. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.

Winning Entry
35. Each comment will be Judged by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Judging Panel’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of comments and reasoning provided and shared for the Competition.
36. The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
Claiming the Prize
37. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
38. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) disclosing the Winner(s) social media name and linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure.
39. The successful Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
40. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the date of the Announcement, the Promoter will assume that the Prize has been rejected by the Winner and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries.

The Promoter

2. The title of the competition is called “Redrow’s 50th Anniversary Competition” (“the Competition”).
3. The Competition is to discover Redrow Homeowners’ anecdotes and stories. Also, due to Redrow celebrating its 50th Anniversary, Redrow wants to attempt to find its Longest Standing Resident (“Longest Standing Resident”).
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Longest Standing Resident which is found as a result of this Competition may not be the Longest Standing Resident in Redrow’s history.
5. The purpose of these terms & conditions is to set out the principles, criteria and processes of how to enter the Competition and assist in Redrow’s National Search for ‘Redrow’s Longest Standing Resident’.
6. The Competition will run from the 5th January 2024 until 23.59 on the 1st November 2024 inclusive ("Closing Date").

17. To assist Redrow in finding the Redrow’s Longest Standing Resident, if an Entrant believes they are, or believe they know who is, Redrow’s Longest Standing Resident they should email communications@redrow.co.uk confirming their belief. There is no Prize for finding the Longest Standing Resident but the Longest Standing Resident may be invited to participate in Redrow’s PR communications.
The Prize
18. The prize is £500 one 4 all voucher (“The Prize”) for the winner.
19. There will be one prize in total selected from the Eligible Entries emailed or posted across all eligible Competition Entries provided via email or across all of the Promoter’s Media Platforms.
20. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
21. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.

Entries

Winner Announcement
38. Each comment will be Judged by the Judging Panel.
39. All qualifying Entries will be judged by the Judging Panel using their sole discretion (acting reasonably) basing their decision on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of comments and explanation provided and shared for the Competition.
40. The decision of the Promoter and/or the Judging Panel is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
Claiming the Prize
41. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Platforms or by email as soon as practicable after the Announcement to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
42. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”) disclosing the Winner(s) social media name and linking to their social media page and by entering you agree to such disclosure.
43. The successful Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
44. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful Winner. 2.4. By entering into the competition, Entrants provide full rights and consent for the Promotor and/or its agents to announce, use, share and publish their Entry together with their name across all and any of the Promoter’s social media channels without limitation.

3. How to Enter
3.1. The Competition will run from the 4th October 2023 (“Competition Month”) until 23.59 on the 1st November 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2. The Promoter will post the Competition and the details on how to enter on the following of its social media channels (“the Promoter’s Media Channels”):

3.3. The Entrant must respond directly to the Promoter’s Competition posted on the Promoter’s Media Channels as depicted in clause 3.2 complying with the Entry Criteria below (“the Competition Post”).
3.4. The image must depict how the Entrant is celebrating Halloween and getting into the spirit of Halloween. The Entrant should do this by creating a photographic image of their Halloween home décor by posting an image on one of the Promoter’s Media Channels (“the Entry Image”).
3.5. The Entrant can enter the Competition by;
i. replying to the Promoter’s Facebook Competition Post by uploading the Entry Image as an entry within the comment section on the Competition Post and tagging the Promoter within the comments together with the hashtag #RedrowCompetition; or
ii. replying to the Promoter’s Instagram Competition Post by uploading the Entry Image as an entry on the Entrant’s own personal social media channel tagging the Promoter within the comments together with the hashtag #RedrowCompetition; or
iii. replying to the Promoter’s Twitter Competition Post by uploading the Entry Image as an entry on the Entrant’s own personal social media channel tagging the Promoter within the comments together with the hashtag #RedrowCompetition.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize is £200 John Lewis Voucher (“The Prize”).
4.2 There will only be one winner in total selected from the Eligible Entries posted across all the Promoter’s Media Channels.
4.3 The winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).
4.4 In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
4.5 The allocation of the Prize to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.6 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other Prize alternative will be offered.
5. Entries
5.1. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if the Entrant complies with these Terms and Conditions in particular, the instructions outlined in clause 3 under the heading ‘How to Enter’ and clause 4 under the heading ‘Eligibility Criteria’
5.2. Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
5.3. There is a limit of one Entry per person.
5.4. Multiple social media posts, images or posts from the same person and/or social media account will not result in additional or multiple entries.
5.5. At its own discretion, the Promoter will determine the eligibility of the Entry.

7. Winner Announcement
7.1. The Winner of the Competition will be chosen by the Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Promoter’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, judged by the Promoter based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of Image/Video Entry shared for the Competition.
7.2. The decision of the Promoter is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
7.3. The Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”).
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1. The Promoter will contact the Winner personally via social media Channels to confirm that they have been successful and won the Competition.
8.2. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Media Channels as soon as practicable after the Announcement.
8.3. The Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively an email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter should the Prize be in electronic form.
8.4. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the date of the Announcement, the Promoter will assume that the Prize has been rejected by the Winner and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries for the relevant Competition Month.

If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 4.1. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if they follow the instructions outlined in clause 3 under the heading ‘How to Enter’ (“Entry”) and comply with the eligibility criteria outlined below.
4.2. Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
4.3. All entries received after the relevant Closing Date will not be eligible and will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.

Categories
5.1. There are two categories which can be entered;
5.1.1. Individual
5.1.2. Team.
5.2. The categorisation of an Entry will be determined by the number of people featured in the Image/Video Entry;
5.2.1. If one person is featured participating and showing their skills in the main focus of the Entry, the Entry will be categorised as an individual;
5.2.2. If more than one person is featured participating and showing their skills in the main focus of the Entry, the Entry will be categorised as a team;
5.3. The Promoter will use its sole discretion to categorise the relevant category for the Entry.
5.4. The decision of the Promoter is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
5.5. An Entrant can enter both categories subject to complying with the requirements of the Terms and Conditions.
The Prize
6.1. There are two prizes, one for each category.
6.2. The Prize for the individual category is £500 voucher prize and the prize for the team category is £750 voucher (The Prize”).
6.3. The voucher Prize for each category is a voucher from a choice of three retailers, Decathlon, Sports Direct or Adidas.
6.4. There will be one voucher for each category from one of the chosen retailers in clause 6.4.
6.5. There will be two (two) winners in total; a total of 1 (one) Prize available to be won for an Individual and a total of 1 (one) Prize available to be won for a team.
6.6. Winners will be selected from the Entries posted across all Platforms.
6.7. The winner will be selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (‘Judging Panel’).
6.8. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
6.9. The allocation of the Prize to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6.10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other Prize alternative will be offered.
Eligibility Criteria
7.1. The Competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom, with the exception of:
7.1.1. Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
7.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
7.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
7.2. There is no age restriction for the Entrants to enter the competition providing that the necessary consent of the Entrant has been obtained including parent/legal guardian consent where necessary.
7.3. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
7.4. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the Image/Video Entry and or comment is their own for which they have obtained all required consents and permissions. The Entrants permits the Promoter to use, share and publish such without limitation.
7.5. At its own discretion, the Promoter will determine the eligibility of the Entry.

7.9. Multiple social media posts, images or posts or from the same person will not result in additional entries.
7.10. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify Entrants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
7.11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
Winner Announcement
8.1. The Winner of the Competition will be chosen by the Judging Panel (acting reasonably) and at the Promoter’s sole discretion from all qualifying Entries, judged by the Promoter based on the skill, quality and efforts of the content of Image/Video Entry shared for the Competition.
8.2. The decision of the Promoter is final with no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter in this regard.
8.3. The Winner of each category will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media pages (“the Announcement”)
8.4. The Promoter will contact the Winner of each category personally via social media as soon as practicable after each corresponding Announcement.
Claiming the Prize
9.1. The Winner of each category will be notified via social media Platforms that they have won the Prize. They will be contacted by the Promoter and asked to supply their postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively asked to provide an email address should the Prize be in electronic form.
9.2. The Winner of each category will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address or email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter.
9.3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner of each category. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries for the relevant Competition Month.
9.4. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
9.5. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Entrant is unable to take up the Prize.
9.6. The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged or claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.
Limitation of Liability
10.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner of each category or accept any liability for any loss, damage, whether special, indirect, direct or consequential, or personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Prize is accepted at the Winner’s risk. The Entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.
10.2. The Winner of each category shall be required to contact the voucher provider directly should they have any queries as to the amount remaining on the voucher or any technical difficulties they are experiencing in using the voucher.
10.3. The Promoter makes no guarantees or representations about prize or their quality, nor shall it be liable for replacement goods in the event of a product fault, defective or damaged items.
10.4. The Promoter accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry or any unsuccessful entries or disappointment. Further, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or any other reason.
10.5. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
Intellectual Property
11.1. The Image/Video Entry must be the Entrant’s own original image and/or video and the quotation wording to qualify as an Entry.
11.2. By entering an Image/Video Entry or a comment for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on its social media platforms even the Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
11.3. Entrants providing photographic imagery and videography in relation to their Entrant or promotion/PR activities warrant and represent that they own all rights in such photographic imagery and videography and have obtained the necessary consents of all persons within the imagery, including, without limitation, parental consent to the use of any image of a person under 13 years of age. Further, the Entrant providing photographic imagery and videography grant the Promoter the rights to use such photographic imagery and videography in connection with the Fund if so required. 12.1. Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Winners or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. The Winners’ personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and to any agency running the Promoter’s social media, without the Entrant’s prior consent.

13.1. At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect.

If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter

5.1.1. Employees and families of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
5.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies and their families, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration.
5.4. There is a maximum of one entry per child. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same child, only the first entry will be accepted.
5.5. In entering the Competition, the Entrant and or parent/legal guardian is confirming that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize if successful.
5.6. In entering the Competition, the Entrant is confirming that the Entry and or comment is their own for which they have obtained all required consents and permissions. The Entrants permits the Promoter to use, share and publish such without limitation.
5.7. 6.5. There will only be only one winner will be chosen from all valid entries received.

If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the qualifying entries judged by the Judging Panel in the same manner as the Competition.
9.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Entrant is unable to take up the Prize.
9.5. The Winner will receive their prize within 30 working days once they have been verified after claiming their prize.
9.6. The Winner will be required to participate in no more than 3 hours of filming around their home and the Promoter’s development. The recording will be shared and uploaded on all of the Promoter’s social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
10.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, whether special, indirect, direct or consequential, or personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
10.2. The Prize is accepted at the Winner’s risk. The Entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.

If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
10.7. The Winner’s parent/legal guardian agrees to the passing of their contact details to, and to being contacted by the Promoter in order to arrange their prize and discuss next steps including filming requirements.
10.8. The Winner and the Winner’s parents/legal guardian MUST agree to take part in proposed publicity including photography, video and name of the child.
Intellectual Property
11.1. The play design will remain the property of the entrants, but any design incorporated into the Promoter’s product range will be the property of the Promoter.
11.2. The Entry must be the Entrant’s own original work to qualify as an Entry.
11.3. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Competition. However, entrants grant the Promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this Competition.
11.4. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
11.5. By entering an Entry for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry (or excerpts thereof) on its social media platforms even the Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
11.6. Entrants providing photographic imagery and videography in relation to their Entrant or promotion/PR activities warrant and represent that they own all rights in such photographic imagery and videography and have obtained the necessary consents of all persons within the imagery, including, without limitation, parental consent to the use of any image of a person under 13 years of age. 12.1. Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Entrants or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. The Entrants” personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and to any agency running the Promoter’s social media, without the Entrant’s prior consent.

12.3. Personal data relating to entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to ensure the Promoter operates Competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.

Personal information may be shared with other companies in the Group as well as agents or contractors administering the Competition, but the Promoter will not pass personal information to any other external organisation without your prior permission. General
13.1. At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect.

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out web-searches and checks of an Entrant” Social Media profile(s) to ascertain whether there has been any negative communication from them either to or about the Promoter in the past. If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Entrants accept that the Promoter’s Decision will be final and that there will be no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter.
13.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 4. Eligible Participants

5. The Prize
5.1. There is a total of 2 (two) prizes available to be won. That being a kitchen bundle which consists of a hot water dispenser and an air fryer supplied from Simply Thank You. (“The Prize”)
There will only be one winner in total across all three social media platforms selected by the Promoter’s Judging Panel (Judging Panel).
5.2. In the event of the Prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a voucher or alternative Prize of equal or greater value.

8. Claiming the prize
8.1. The Winner will be notified via social media that they have won the Prize. They will be contacted by the Promoter and asked to supply their postal address for the Prize to be delivered or alternatively asked to provide an email address should the Prize be in electronic form.
8.2. The Winner will have 48 hours from the relevant Announcements to claim their Prize by supplying a postal address or email address and contact telephone number to the Promoter.

10. Entrants can have the opportunity for an additional free entry into the Competition (‘Additional Entry’), by providing a comment with the Competition Image within the same Competition Month which demonstrates their knowledge of show home experience during their visit.
11. The Entrant’s Additional Entry should include a quotation explaining the Entrant’s Show Home experience together with the hashtag of the date of attending the Show Home.
12. The Additional Entry is free with no purchase is necessary and there is no charge for Additional Entry into the Competition.
13. For the Additional Entry to apply the Additional Entry must be submitted within the same Competition Month as the Entry for example if the Entry is submitted in May 2023, the Additional Entry must be submitted within May 2023. Any Additional Entry which does not comply with this term will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.

Entries
15. An Eligible Participant will automatically be entered into the Competition if they follow the instructions outlined in clauses under the heading ‘How to Enter’ (“Entry”) and comply with the eligibility criteria outlined below.
16. Any Entry and/or Additional Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be an invalid entry by the Promoter and will not be entered into the Competition.
17. All entries received after the relevant Closing Date will not be eligible and will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be processed or considered.

52. The Competition Image and/or the Additional Entry must be the Entrant’s own original image and the quotation wording to qualify as an Entry and/or an Additional Entry.
53. By entering a Competition Image or a comment for the Competition, the Entrant must provide the Promoter with an irrevocable licence to freely use, share and publish the Entry or Additional Entry (or excerpts thereof) including sharing the Entry or Additional Entry (or excerpts thereof) on its social media platforms even the Entry or Additional Entry was not the Winner of the Competition.
54. Entrants providing photographic imagery and videography in relation to their Entrant or promotion/PR activities warrant and represent that they own all rights in such photographic imagery and videography and have obtained the necessary consents of all persons within the imagery, including, without limitation, parental consent to the use of any image of a person under 13 years of age. Further, the Entrant providing photographic imagery and videography grant The Promoter the rights to use such imagery in connection with the Fund if so required. Entries will be handled by the Promoter on the basis that Entrant have obtained such consent prior to entering the Competition.
Data Protection
55. Any personal data relating to and supplied by the Winner or any other Entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. The Winner’s personal information will not be disclosed to any third party by the Promoter, except in accordance with these Terms and to any agency running the Promoter’s social media, without the Entrant’s prior consent.
56. The Promoter will only process the Entrant’s personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, as set out on the Promoter’s website: https://www.The Promoter.co.uk/policy/privacy-notice
General
57. At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect.
58. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out web-searches and checks of an Entrant’ Social Media profile(s) to ascertain whether there has been any negative communication from them either to or about the Promoter in the past. If this is found to be the case, their Entry may be disqualified from the Competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Entrants accept that the Promoter’s Decision will be final and that there will be no right to challenge or appeal any decision of the Promoter.
59. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination of or amendment to the Competition and/or these terms and conditions will be notified via the Promoter’s social media channels.
60. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or John Lewis.
61. The Competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
62. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be enforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
