Our South West division, which will provide 80 new homes as part of the Charlton Common development on Challenger Road, has confirmed that it is contributing over £980,000 to the region's infrastructure and local amenities.
The investment includes a number of contributions, with £217,000 going towards highway works in the area – focused on the improvement and maintenance of local roads.
As part of the our ongoing commitment to the environment, a contribution of over £194,000 will also be invested into creating and maintaining green open spaces, providing key walking routes for current and future residents of Bristol.
We will also be dedicating £81,900 to improving bus stops and pedestrian crossings, and a further £353,643 towards local infrastructure.
