On Saturday 26 October, from 10am-5.30pm, Redrow Midlands will be joined by Lichfield legend and Olympic gold medallist, Sophie Capewell, to unveil three new show homes at its latest development in the region, Curborough Lakes.
Lichfield-born Sophie Capewell is one of the top cycling sprinters in the world, taking home a gold medal in the Team Sprint at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
At the event, house hunters will have the opportunity to meet Sophie, look around the different show homes, speak to an IFA representative about mortgages, learn more about our energy-efficient homes and Help to Sell option – and enjoy a selection of champagne and canapés.
Those in the market for a new home can take a first look around the three-bedroom Oxford Lifestyle, four-bedroom Sunningdale and the five-bedroom Hampstead.
To celebrate a successful 50 years of Redrow, The Hampstead has been internally decorated with 70s era features including orange and brown tones, large prints and quirky accessories, creating a joyful and welcoming home.
In addition to its stunning design, The Sunningdale show home embodies our commitment to sustainability. The property is equipped with eco-friendly features, including an air source heat pump and EV charging points. The air source heat pump provides a low-carbon alternative to traditional heating systems, efficiently extracting heat from the outside air to warm the home. The inclusion of EV charging points also ensures that the home is future-proofed for the growing number of electric vehicle owners.
Elaine Cartwright, Sales Director for Redrow Midlands said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming Sophie and the community in Lichfield to our new show homes at Curborough Lakes.
“The Oxford Lifestyle, Sunningdale and Hampstead show homes are all beautiful examples of Redrow craftsmanship and are perfect for family life. As the dark nights begin to draw in and with the cold winter days now upon us, our new homes have been designed with energy efficiency in mind, with homeowners saving thousands of pounds each year on their energy bills*.
“Our show home opening will be an opportunity to raise a glass of bubbly with the local community and show everyone exactly what life is like at Curborough Lakes – to see the Redrow difference first-hand.”
Located just three miles from the small town of Lichfield and with key travel routes within easy reach, including Birmingham and fast trains to London, the new development will offer village surroundings combined with a well-connected location, making it perfectly placed for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters alike.
