Redrow South West will officially open the doors to a new showhome at its popular Polden Orchards development which launched earlier this year. This development, which will consist of 120-homes, is expected to welcome its first residents in winter 2024/5.

Key features of the suite will include brand-new interactive digital technology where buyers can view available homes, select extras and upgrades and even complete their reservations online. The digital-first approach means the customer journey becomes completely paperless.
